Campus is buzzing with excitement for your student's arrival. We can't wait to see you and your family at Oxford in just a few days, but in the meantime here are your last reminders and action items.

Here are your most important checklist to-do items for the next two weeks. For more information on these items, make sure you read this newsletter in its entirety and review the Welcome Website.

- August 23: Move-in day!
- August 23 is the deadline for completing Part 1 of Alcohol Edu and Sexual Assault Prevention modules
- New Student Orientation begins (international students join the first-year program) and runs from August 23-28
- August 28: First day of classes!

What Else You Need To Know |

|
- Parents of Enrolled Student Survey: We are so excited to welcome to Oxford this coming school year. Please take this 5-minute survey about your experience with Oxford College of Emory University's Office of Enrollment Services to help us better understand your experience of applying and enrolling at Oxford.
|
|
|
- The Oxford College Library offers numerous in-person and virtual resources and services for all students. In addition, we host events and activities for students to refresh and recharge.
|
- LibCon featuring Therapy Dogs! Stop by the library anytime from 9am-12pm on August 26th to get snacks, make a button, and meet library staff. Drop in from 9am - 10am to pet the dogs!
- Library Website: Your gateway for resources, services, and helpful research-related information while at Oxford.
- Library Technology Agreement Form: Interested in checking out technology from the library? Fill out our Technology Agreement Form to get started!
- Library Hours: During the semester, we will be open on Mondays-Thursdays from 8:00 am-2:00 am, Fridays-Saturdays from 8:00 am-12:00 am, and Sundays from 10:00 am-2:00 am.

- AAE New Student Communications: Welcome Class of 2028, from the Emory Alumni Association! Please enjoy our welcome video made specifically for you!

- Connecting with your Orientation Leader: Before August 23, you’ll receive a welcome email from your assigned Orientation Leader (OL), who will guide you through the entire New Student Orientation program. If you have any questions before then, please contact us at oxfordorientation@emory.edu. See you SOON!

|
- Student Employment: Please plan to attend our job fair on August 26! You'll be able to chat with supervisors and ask questions about the student employment process.
Students who plan to work need to bring hiring documents (not photo copies) with you to campus. A list of acceptable documents can be found here. You will need an item from list A or items from list B and C. For questions, or to schedule your I-9 appointment remotely, please contact ox-studentemployment@emory.edu.

- Tuition: Please check your OPUS account for your Fall 2024 charges. To see your charges, sign in to OPUS and under Student Account, select Charges Due. Please remember that your Fall 2024 registration payment is due September 4.
|
- Financial Aid: Financial Aid for incoming students will disburse August 19 if all disbursement requirements are met. Aid should be deducted from your total account charges when making a payment. First payments will be due September 4.
|
