- EmoryCard:EmoryCard, the official identification card of Emory University, provides secure, convenient, and efficient access to events, goods, and services all through one card.
All first-year students are required to upload a photo using "MyPhoto," the EmoryCard Services' online photo submission tool. - Required Health Forms: Spring start health forms are due on or before October 1st. We are still in the process of updating a few of the required health forms. The only forms required to be submitted at this time are the Immunization Form, TB Risk Screen, and the Meningococcal Acknowledgement Form.
Please be sure to read all directions on the forms and complete the necessary requirements on your Emory University Student Health Portal. A communication will be sent out when the other forms are ready.
If you would like to waive out of the Emory University Student Health Insurance Plan, the waiver process will not be open to you until later this fall. Exact dates will be announced. Please do not try to complete your waiver process at this time.
We appreciate your patience as we update to a new system this year! For more information or questions, please visit the Student Health Services page.
