Submit your final high school transcript and college transcripts for classes taken before summer 2024 by August 1

Suggested: Complete placement exams (chemistry, math, first-year writing, and global languages) in Canvas by August 1. However, you will have an extended deadline to submit your placement exams by mid-October.

Complete the Emory Essentials Oxford Edition Canvas course by August 1

Submit Letter of Consent (FERPA) form by August 1

What Else You Need To Know |

- Vector Programs: Oxford College requires you to complete the Vector programs, AlcoholEdu & Sexual Assault Prevention. These online courses will help you develop the critical skills you need to make more thoughtful and educated choices during your time at Oxford and beyond. To complete these courses, look for a Vector invitation that will be sent to your email address on file on August 1. If you cannot find the invitation, log in here.

- Inside Oxford: As an entering Oxford student, you have access to Inside Oxford, an internal website for current students, faculty, and staff. Inside Oxford includes links to the college catalog, health and safety information, shuttle schedule, and most of the critical information you need to thrive at Oxford.
To access Inside Oxford at any time, click the button found in the upper right hand corner of the Oxford College website, and enter your Emory NetID and password.

- Religious & Spiritual Life offers a range of services and opportunities for you at Oxford College. Led by Oxford's chaplain, Rev. Dr. Lyn Pace, we have 9 religious and spiritual life groups for you to explore and join. Pastoral care and confidential counseling services are also available to all students. If you have any questions about our office or services, please contact us at oxorsl@emory.edu.

- Student Health Services: We appreciate your patience as we have updated our system and our additional policy forms are now ready to be signed. Please log in to your Emory Student Health Portal to review and sign your healthcare forms including the Treatment Agreement, Financial Policy, FERPA Acknowledgement, and Meningococcal Screen. If you are under the age of 18, please have your parent or guardian sign these forms, and you may upload it to a secure message in your Student Health Portal. After all your forms are submitted, your OPUS checklist will be updated.
As a Spring start student, you will not be able to complete your Health Insurance Waiver until November. Reminders will be sent as time gets closer. If you have any questions, please send a secure message through your Student Health Portal or email SHS staff at oxfordshs@emory.edu.
