We hope this email finds you well as your student's school year comes to a close. But before you sail off into the sun-kissed days of summer, we wanted to let you know how you and your student can stay informed of key dates and deadlines before starting at Oxford.
Be on the lookout for this bi-weekly email in your inbox. We have also sent this information to to ensure they are prepared to start at Oxford College.

What Else You Need To Know |

- Parent Portal: Parents are invited to join our Parent Portal, a hub for access to important campus news and deadlines as well as personalized newsletters.
|
Parents and prospective students can also find webinars that will help support the transition into the Oxford community on the Welcome page at Welcome Website. Topics will include student health, campus engagement and involvement, advising, course registration, housing, residence living, dining, sending packages and much more.

- Onboarding Communications: Your student should update their contact information for onboarding communications from the Office of Enrollment Services:
|
The Office of Enrollment Services will communicate with you and your student over the next few months regarding your student's final transcript and college credit (from college courses, AP/IB, etc). Check to make sure we have the correct email address for your student now and throughout December. This is especially important if your student has an email provided by their high school that will expire when they graduate.
|
|
|
- Emory Email Account: Your student will be receiving important communications to their emory.edu email address throughout the summer and fall regarding course registration and required health documents, so be sure they set up their Emory email account now and get in the habit of checking it regularly.
|
|
|
- Housing: The Spring 2025 housing application will open on your student's MyHousing portal on October 15, 2024, and the deadline to submit their housing application is December 1. Housing assignments will become available in their MyHousing account by 12 pm ET December 23. Click here for more information about living on campus.
