We hope this email finds you well as the school year comes to a close. But before you sail off into the sun-kissed days of summer, we wanted to let you know how you can stay informed of key dates and deadlines before starting at Oxford.

- Onboarding Communications: To update your contact information for onboarding communications from the Office of Enrollment Services:
|
The Office of Enrollment Services will communicate with you over the next few months regarding your final transcript and college credit (from college courses, AP/IB, etc). Check to make sure we have the correct email address for you now and throughout December. This is especially important if you have an email provided by your high school that will expire when you graduate.

- Emory Email Account: You will be receiving important communications to your emory.edu email address throughout the summer and fall regarding course registration and required health documents, so be sure to set up your Emory email account now and get in the habit of checking it regularly.
|
Your Emory email account is part of Office 365, a cloud-based communication system provided to all students. It includes web-based email with 5TB file storage, personal and shared calendars, and much more. Office 365 email can be set up on mobile devices using these instructions.

- Housing:The Spring 2025 housing application will open on your MyHousing portal on October 15, 2024, and the deadline to submit your housing application is December 1. Housing assignments will become available in your MyHousing account by 12 pm ET December 23. Click here for more information about living on campus.

- Parent Portal: Parents are invited to join our Parent Portal, a hub for access to important campus news and deadlines as well as personalized newsletters.
|
Parents and prospective students can also find webinars that will help support the transition into the Oxford community on the Welcome page at Welcome Website. Topics will include student health, campus engagement and involvement, advising, course registration, housing, residence living, dining, sending packages and much more.
