Group Visits on the Atlanta CampusOur Atlanta campus, home to 3 of our 4 undergraduate colleges: Emory College of Arts and Sciences, Goizueta Business School, and Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. Please review the information below before requesting a group visit.
Atlanta Group Visit Policies
- Group visits are only available for groups of 10–75 high school students, in 9th through 12th grades. We request groups bring one chaperone for every 10 students.
- Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Submission of the group visit request form does not secure a visit. Please allow up to 7 business days for a response.
- Only one group visit can be scheduled per day. Groups are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Atlanta Group Visit Includes
- Student Guided Walking Tour: The campus tour is a 60- to 75-minute walking tour led by a current student. All participants should have comfortable footwear and come prepared for the possibility of inclement weather. Tours occur rain or shine.
- Information Session: In addition to a campus tour, you can elect to have a 30-minute information session. During the school year, most sessions are led by current students. In the summer, these sessions are often led by admission staff. On the group visit request form, you will be asked to share what goals you have for your group's time at Emory, and then we will customize your information session to meet your goals.
